You Mean So Much

There have been so many things happening at the speed of light, that everyone has been trying to keep up with all the changes.  From school closings to working from home to social distancing. It’s a lot to take in all at once and we totally understand. We applaud you for keeping it all together. This is not as easy as what we’re experiencing with Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic is new and impacts all of us around the world. 

During this time, it’s important to remain connected with those you love with your family and friends. We all need each other and staying connected through phone calls, facetime and texting will help remind us on how to maneuver through this. Keep your health first and be mindful of others.

The Power of Evolution...

A month has already passed for the 2020 year and some of us are still trying to get our heads, hands, and hearts around it all. It's amazing how we're able to do everything that's put on us daily. Just like a superhero, we put on our cape, pull out the magic lasso and then tap in on some additional strength that we didn't know we possessed.

The difference in doing things this year versus the previous year(s) is we've gotten to know ourselves just a little bit more. We are NOT taking any crap from anyone or anything..PERIOD. That's a power move that helps evolution to exist, breathe and grow.

As human beings, we tend to do things out of habit or comfort. Now that we have been asking for the next level and what that feels like, we've realized that we have to change what isn't working for us any longer. It's tough to make changes during midstream but it brings us no value if we remain in the same space unfulfilled.

Don't be so hard yourself but give yourself a pat on the back. Most people couldn't do what you do and still be standing...still be here. Believe it or not, we are living our best lives because we're no longer the insecure woman we used to be. Our experiences have helped us to know who we are and become stronger with our own REALNESS.
