Providing a marketplace filled with black-owned businesses is one thing, and when it‘s all women-owned businesses, that is something else. Arriving there early allowed me to see all the behind-the-scenes setup. There was a focused busyness in the area.

December 2020 closed the year out very uniquely for me.

I wasn't feeling my best physically. It had a lot to do with stress from the job, not sleeping properly, and months of living a pandemic shelter in place life. My body experienced indescribable pains.

It’s been amazing here in the US as each state has been impacted differently due to the Corona Virus / COVID19. Shelter in Place started several weeks and it appears that it will be several weeks more before we can move freely again. After almost 6 weeks, there are still unknowns about the virus and how/when the Shelter in Place should be relaxed.
